Being a member owned health fund means that we work with our members side by side, delivering outstanding value every day, in all kinds of ways.Health Partners Dental has five practices within the Adelaide metropolitan area utilising the latest in dental technology and offering a wide range of services tailored to meet our patient’s individual needs whilst providing the highest standard of care and treatment options.We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Dental Care Consultant to join us in our Dental Service Centre in Adelaide.About the roleReporting to the Senior Dental Care Coordinator, we are looking for an administrator to provide our members and customers with an exceptional service experience.You will be responsible for taking dental related calls, scheduling appointments for our dental practices, and responding to general member and patient enquiries.About youYou will need experience in a customer service role, either in a contact centre or face to face, and be passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience.Partnered with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will need strong administrative and computer skills and a high level of attention to detail.Previous experience in Dental or Health would be advantageous, but not essential.If you have exceptional customer service skills or a call-centre background we will train you!
